Julie said she is very exciting about 2010 developments at WPA, these include:

  • Releasing her second book ‘The Workforce Planning Imperative’ due for release in the first quarter of 2010;
     
  • Establishing the WPA Registered Training Organisation (RTO) offerring accredited training in workforce planning ;
     
  • Expanding WPA services and products through a national network of ‘trained’ workforce planning advisors;
     
  • Building on national and international case studies on workforce planning initiatives;
     
  • Hosting the second international workforce planning conference with executive level international speakers from a diverse range of countries, industries and sectors;
     
  • Continuing to build WPA as a provider of current, accurate, quality and cost effective advice and support to organizations that seek to integrate workforce planning into normal business practice.
     

Julie will be working out of Adelaide, Perth, Brisbane, Sydney and Canberra in February and March. She will also be in the USA for 2 weeks in February.
